Innovation today can come in many shapes and sizes. True innovation is having the drive, trust and passion to develop new ideas and expand into new spaces. And that means connecting the dots in collaborative ways that can benefit everyone.

This was how we approached our project with Adecol Industrial Adhesives, a dynamic Brazilian manufacturer who wanted to expand their application range. Adecol has a strong focus on providing their customers with tailor-made solutions to meet their specific needs. Flexibility and agility are what differentiates them from their competition.

The same is true of Dow, and the strong spirit of collaboration between our teams led to the development of a new premium hot melt adhesive based on AFFINITY™ GA Polyolefin Elastomers that can be applied to a wide range of packaging applications such as frozen food and beverages.

Bringing new solutions to market requires a high degree of confidence in the core technology plus a strong bond between the teams. When you bring those factors together, you’ve got a great recipe for making innovation that sticks.

Carlos is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is responsible for developing and leading regional marketing strategies and application development, as well as new business development, for hot melt adhesives and transportation segments in Latin America.
